I am a professional life coach continuously moving onward and upward through life by saying yes to life, and by having fun with the evolving process. Since I am in the 2nd half of life, I have a yearning desire to help women embrace the 2nd half of life by exploring new possibilities and passions.
MY SCHOOL OF LIFE
Professional
I am an accomplished life coach, personal trainer, consultant, motivator and inspirational teacher. I have an Associates degree of Science and received a scholarship at The Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance (N.Y.C.) and danced professionally with the company at Lincoln Center in N.Y.C. New York. I followed through with an acting career and still currently a member of SAG, AFTRA and AEA.
Still passionate about body motion and alignment I established a bicoastal exercise business (Los Angeles and New York City) and acquired a certification of yoga workout and reflexology. Presently, I have my one on one exercise clients as well as my one on one coaching clients. I received my coach certification from Coach Training Alliance and am a member of the International Coaching Federation. I am also in a continuing curriculum study program in Emotional Intelligence and transitional coaching.
Spiritual Well Being
I incorporate meditation and breathing techniques in my teaching that allows the connection between body, mind, and spirit. My clients as well as myself use this practice to balance our every day lives.
Through the years I have enjoyed and evolved more and more as a Spiritual being through the studies of worldly religions and Spiritual movements. Change your thinking, change your life is a process that causes an individual to create a better life and I am all about that!
Personal
I have had the opportunity to experience a 15 year marriage, being a mother of a loving son and daughter, a divorce, a 2nd marriage of 14 years and counting, and being a step mom to two loving stepdaughters.
My medium of art is abstract painting and playing the drums. I have fun dabbling in the science of astrology and philosophy. I live in L.A., California during the week and spend my weekends in the Tehachapi Mountains, becoming one with the peace of the mountains, the ever- changing sky and the wind. This place of peace truly affirms how BIG Life can be!
As I have entered my 2nd half
of life, I have often taken time to
